BAFFLE TYPE :
Advance International moisture separators eliminate 99% of entrained contaminants including moisture, pipe scale, dirt and oil to improve the operating efficiency of pneumatic equipment as moisture is contaminant present which causes the most damage. When used on steam service, Advance International provide cleaner, drier steam to heat exchangers, steam turbines and other processing equipment that requires clean dry steam.
Advance International integrates the three separating functions of abrupt direction change, filtration and expansion to remove contaminants from the air or steam.
When the vapor enters the separator, it is forced to change directions many times by negotiating several layers. Immediately following the direction change and filtration, the air or steam enters the expansion chamber. Together these functions effectively isolate and capture 99% of the precipitate. Foreign particles settle at the bottom of the separator and then removed.
The Separators are available for different flows, line sizes, pressure, temperature, material flame rating with an advanced moisture relief system
