Heatless Air Dryers

Advance International offers high quality heatless type compressed air dryers. Heatless dryers comprises of prefilter, after filter and adsorber towers. The regeneration is controlled by microprocessor based cyclic programmer. The dew point could be attained from -40°C to -80°C depending on customer requirement. Heatless type system is the most simple, reliable and economic system amongst all other type of dryers where very low dew point upto -80°C is required.

Heatless type air dryers are required in pharmaceutical, powder conveying systems, Pneumatic conveying of hygroscopic materials e.g Plastic raw materials, cement conveying, high quality painting jobs in auto industry and CNC machines etc.

Advance International offers heatless dryers from 2 scfm capacity to 14,000 scfm capacity (at 4 bar to 16 bar working pressure in standard range) with maximum pressure drop of 0.2 bar. High pressure dryers (up to 400 bar) and special dryers for gases like oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen etc are also available.
